The registration process is under way for the Annable Design Golf Classic at Smuggler’s Glen Golf Course on May 29. The fundraising event will benefit the Tim Hortons Children’s Foundation and Tim Hortons #CampDay.
The day’s schedule begins with men and women signing in from 10:30 a.m. through 11:45 a.m. A barbecue express lunch is included with the golfer registration and players will have full access to the clubhouse, pro shop and overall facilities.
At 11:45 a.m. opening ceremonies are to include a greeting from representatives of Tim Hortons Children’s Foundation, a greeting from representatives of Brockville Tim Hortons, rules and greetings from Smuggler’s Glen’s Jason Boyce and greetings, thanks and send off by David Annable of Annable Designs.
A shotgun start begins play at noon for the fundraiser that features a scramble best ball format and single team score. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, a power cart, and barbecue lunch.
A banquet dinner follows play at 5:30 p.m. at the Glen House Resort, which is located directly across from Smuggler’s Glen. The dinner will have a main entrée of roast beef or roast turkey served with salad, vegetables, potatoes and dessert. It’s a smart casual dress format. Entertainment will be provided by musical guest Taylor Angus.
Golfer and Guest Participation Levels:
- “A” Single (1) Golfer – Without reservation for Banquet Dinner: $125 /per person. Includes Green Fees for 18 Holes during Tournament, Golf Cart Rental, BBQ Express Lunch Ticket.
- “B” Single (1) Golfer – With reservation for Banquet Dinner: $175/per person. Includes Green Fees for 18 Holes during Tournament, Golf Cart Rental, BBQ Express Lunch Ticket and Reservation for One at the Banquet Dinner.
- “C” Group (4) Golfers – With reservation for Banquet Dinner: $600 /per group. Includes Green Fees for 18 Holes during Tournament, Golf Cart Rentals, BBQ Express Lunch Tickets and Reservation for Four at the Banquet Dinner.
- “D” Single (1) Dinner Guest – Reservation for Banquet Dinner: $50/per person. Includes Reservation for One at the Banquet Dinner.
